Can I get a screened sample of my design?
A-Game Screen Printing offers the Bay Area a great online approval system. This allows you to get a professional preview of your artwork before the product is actually printed. Saving you the high cost of a small run production, rather than that you would be able to see the mockup digitally and to see quality of ink, and clarity of prints, we have many samples from previous clients to offer.
What happens if I cancel my order?
If you cancel your order before production has started on approved workorders, we have a $50 cancellation fee as well as a 20% restocking fee for ordered garments unless there are unforeseen circumstances or hardships for our clients, we are VERY understanding.
Do I have to get all the same size/brand and or style?
Of course not! You can request as many sizes, brands, styles and colors as you like! They can even all be on the same order, which gets you a better price, as long as we can print the same size on all of them.
How do I get artwork ready for Screen Printing, Embroidery or Vinyl Wrap?
A-Game Screen Printing has an in house art studio with a combined experience of over 50 years in creation, digital re-creation and art cleanup. We are available to help fix and prepare what you have currently or design a whole new logo from the ground up if you prefer.
What brands of clothing and apparel can I get?
A-Game Screen Printing has accounts with ALL major brands from American Apparel and Carhartt all the way to Next Level Apparel and Nike.
Can I still get a bulk discount if I have different shirt colors or styles?
Yes, we are happy to adjust your order to reflect the bulk pricing discount for maximum affordability and value on multiple styles and shirt colors. As long and the design will not be changing, we can make adjustments to the order. Just give us a call at 866 440-8237 and we will be happy to make the adjustments for you.
Where can we ship to?
We can and do ship large clothing orders to any place in the USA as well as Canada as we use whatever shipper is best for the job. Ground shipping as well as Express is easily done. We deliver from the San Jose, in the Bay Area, CA.
How/When do I pay?
We require 100% down before we begin work on printing for shirts or any other clothing items. We do not however print ANYTHING without your approval, so you can check over everything before its processed. Our invoices are done through Quickbooks, so you can pay online via Online Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express and any Debit cards. Payments can also be made in person with check or cash.
Can we request Printing or Embroidery on a sleeve or a difficult location?
Yes! We do offer custom t shirts sleeve printing as well as over seam and zipper printing, but only for screen printed orders at this time. The price for this is determined by a number of factors, but if you have a particular design idea in mind, we'd be happy to discuss this with you in more details. How does pricing work?
A-Game Screen Printing will try to help out with cost effectiveness to the best of our abilities and typically do not adorne to a standardized “price sheet” we try to make all facets with clear value and manageable for any of our clients large or small, everyone is important to us. Pricing does depend on the designs you want for your custom t shirtsx. The more complex the design, the more colors, generally, the higher the cost. We are available to make sure you get a great product, fast and we help with recommendations to keep the job within your budget.
What is the typical turnaround time you use for job processes?
For Screen Printing, from time of art approval, turnaround is 5-10 business days. Most jobs are done quite fast, much faster than 5-10 business days, but this is an easy rule of thumb for expectations. Same goes with Embroidery.
As far as Vinyl Wraps, the job depends on material desired and size of the vehicle as well as how much deconstruction of the vehicle is needed to achieve the full wrap. If you need delivery outside of the Bay Area, we will need to add time for delivery depending on order size and budget for delivery.
What affects my cost of the order?
People ask all the time and we understand! Keeping things affordable is important for each customer. The first component when calculating the price of your custom t-shirts/clothing is the product. Our catalog spans budget-friendly options like the Ultra Cotton Tee, to trendy, super soft custom t-shirts like the Triblend Crew.
Next is the print method. For Embroidery, pricing is determined by the number of stitch locations (front, back, both) as well as the stitch count required. Screen printed orders take into account the number of locations AND the number of colors per location (ex. 1-color front, 2-color back).
Last is quantity. Ordering more of the same design lets you take advantage of great price breaks and pay less per custom shirt. With screen printed orders especially, you’ll see huge discounts as you add more items.
What is the minimum order?
Being a production shop, our minimum order starts at 48 garments, this helps us offset the cost over quantities to our clients and gives some base for a stock for you as the customer to have on hand ready for distribution and sales. Last thing you want to run into is being out of a certain color or size when someone wants to purchase your custom designed shirt or an employee needs a replacement.
